Carrots with Honey Mustard Sauce
Here is a very simple yet delicious recipe for your fresh carrots.
Ingredients:

1 lb carrots

1 tsp Dijon mustard
-
2 tsp honey
-
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
Directions:

Fill the bottom of the steamer with 2 inches of water.

While steam is building up in steamer, cut carrots into 1/4-inch slices.

Steam carrots for 5 minutes.

Combine mustard, honey, and olive oil.
-
Remove carrots from heat and toss with honey mustard mixture.
